Interesting breakdown. Has anyone validated this with recent site execution costs?

As a first-time homebuyer, this drop makes complete sense because looking for a home right now feels incredibly discouraging. Skyrocketing property prices in cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, combined with high home loan interest rates, have made decent housing practically unaffordable for regular salaried professionals. Every time saving up for a down payment seems close, the market jumps even higher. This 6 percent dip in sales feels less like a lack of interest and more like an entire generation of buyers hitting a wall and being priced out. Many buyers are likely holding off until the festive season to see if developers roll out genuine discounts or flexible payment schemes instead of just marketing gimmicks. If prices do not correct or interest rates do not come down, many will have to put their plans on hold indefinitely.
