Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You represent that information you provide during registration or profile setup is accurate and that you will keep it updated. Use of the Platform for unlawful purposes or on behalf of a minor without proper authorization is prohibited.

TatvaOps provides editorial content, community discussion, personalized discovery, AI-assisted Q&A, and tools aimed at construction professionals in India and related markets. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued. We may run experiments on feed ranking, UI, or engagement mechanics.

Beta or preview features (including AI outputs) may be less reliable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular content will remain published.

You may browse parts of TatvaOps without an account. Certain actions (profile editing, follows, verified contact fields, and some write actions) require sign-in via Google or WhatsApp OTP, as offered on the Platform.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in methods secure.
• You must not share OTP codes, impersonate others, or create accounts to evade bans or rate limits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.

You retain ownership of content you submit (forum posts, comments, profile text, Site Journal entries, and similar material). By posting, you grant TatvaOps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt for format (e.g., excerpts in feeds or Shorts), and promote your content in connection with operating and improving the Platform, including SEO and internal linking.

You represent that:

• You have the rights to post the content and to grant the license above.
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• Your content complies with applicable law and these Terms.

We may remove or restrict content at our discretion, including for moderation, legal compliance, or quality standards, without prior notice in urgent cases.

You agree not to:

• Post spam, scams, malware links, or misleading construction or safety advice.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others; dox or publish others' private data without consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond reasonable use or documented APIs.
• Circumvent rate limits, vote manipulation, reputation gaming, or security controls.
• Use Ask AI or other tools to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content at scale.
• Misrepresent professional credentials, project approvals, or regulatory compliance.

Reputation scores, badges, and leaderboards reflect Platform activity signals; they are not professional certifications or endorsements by TatvaOps.

Blog articles, forum posts, tutorials, and Ask AI responses are for general information and community discussion. They are not professional engineering, architectural, legal, tax, or safety advice. Always verify critical calculations, codes (including local building bylaws), and specifications with qualified professionals before use on site. TatvaOps is not liable for decisions made based on Platform content or AI outputs.

The TatvaOps name, logos, site design, software, curated editorial works, and proprietary datasets (excluding your user content) are owned by TatvaOps or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Platform except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails about TatvaOps content and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in emails or by contacting support@withtatva.ai. Service messages related to your account or security may still be sent where necessary.

The Platform integrates third-party sign-in, hosting, AI, and communications services and may link to external sites or brand listings. Those services are subject to their own terms. TatvaOps is not responsible for third-party products, services, or websites.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT CONTENT OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TATVAOPS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, IF ANY, OR (B) INR 5,000, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TatvaOps from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the community, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (licenses for already-distributed content, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
