Supertech revival: What would make buyers trust a timetable?

From Vantage Editorial

NCLAT has asked for tentative completion dates and available-finance disclosures for each of 16 stalled Supertech projects before the November hearing.

That creates a useful accountability checkpoint. But a proposed construction start still leaves buyers needing to understand the route to completion and possession.

Our companion analysis examines three connected questions: what work remains, how it will be funded and which milestones buyers can verify. It also considers the household cost of continued waiting.

We would like to hear your perspective:

  1. Which evidence would most improve your confidence in a revised schedule, and why?
  2. What should a project-wise progress report disclose so buyers can compare promises with execution?
  3. If you have followed a stalled-project revival, which updates proved useful and which left important questions unanswered?

Please distinguish documented facts from expectations and avoid sharing booking numbers, account details or other private information.

Add your reasoning, experience or counter-evidence in this thread. Different views are welcome, especially those that help readers judge a completion promise more carefully.
